Our Request of Congress

We recommend appropriations of $375 million for the Agency for Healthcare, Research and Quality (AHRQ) in FY 2003. However, the Senate has included only $308 million, a 3% increase from current levels. We need to make sure that Congress puts in as large of an increase as possible, when they return in January.
