| Archives: President's Budget On February 3, 2003 President Bush unveiled his FY04 Budget. As expected, the Primary Care Medicine and Dentistry Cluster funded under Title VII was zeroed out again. In addition, AHRQ funding was cut by almost $25 million. We will have another uphill battle to secure funding for FY04. Additional background on the President's budget can be found below. ALERT: Without the President's support for Title VII programs, communication with Congress is vital. We urge you to continue the advocacy efforts that made FY03 a success. Call and write your legislators in support of Title VII. We must keep pressure on the Hill to secure adequate funding.
