STFM Past DEIA Initiatives
Antiracism Initiative: An STFM task force implemented a multi-year initiative to advance racial equity and reduce the prevalence of racism in academic family medicine.
Underrepresented in Medicine Initiative: This initiative implemented tactics to increase the percentage of URM family medicine faculty, and increase the number of solutions-focused, adaptable URM leaders within and across our healthcare system.
