Conference Partnership—Be One of Only 15 STFM Partners
Don’t miss your opportunity be a part of the STFM Annual Conference. We’re expecting another great turnout for our 2021 conference, so this is the ideal time and place to showcase your brand to family medicine professionals. Participating at the STFM Annual Spring Conference goes way beyond traditional exhibiting. This is a relationship-based opportunity.

Virtual Conference Dates:
May 3-7, 2021

Virtual Conference Attendance/Audience:
More than 500 family medicine education professionals representing the full-spectrum of family medicine education attend this conference including: MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, EdD, MPH, MA, PA, nurses, behavioral science professionals, administrators, residents, and students.

Virtual Conference Profile:
The STFM Annual Conference is the nation’s most energized forum for family medicine educators, with educational and interactive lectures, research papers, and poster presentations focused on both teaching and research. Family medicine educators learn from the success of their peers and exchange ideas with more than 500 colleagues. This is the perfect venue for family medicine professionals and learners to share ideas and develop new skills to implement in the classroom and practice!

STFM Values Expected From Partners:

  • Partners/supporters should support the mission and vision of STFM.
  • Company and organizational partners should promote family medicine education as a critical component of their mission. 
  • Partners should be familiar with and supportive of the STFM Strategic Plan

Partnerships for the STFM Annual Spring Conference Are Limited:
STFM will only offer this opportunity to the first 15 partners who apply. Full payment must be received in the STFM office by January 29, 2021.

Partnership Fee: $2,500. Partnership Package Includes:

  • Partner’s company or institutional logo on the STFM conference website to link to your website (Partner will be required to provide logo and website information)

  • Partner recognition as a group in special Facebook and Twitter post.
    (Social media post will link to partner page with logo and website link)

  • Partner logo in a “welcome to the conference” email to all conference participants.
    (Partner will be required to provide logo and website information)

  •  Partners will receive a ½-page ad in STFM’s Family Medicine journal
    (Partner will be required to provide ad according to STFM publication specifications/guidelines. This ad will appear in a fall issue of the journal.)

  • Partners will be recognized on a slide prior to the virtual conference’s General Sessions; moderators for each session will also verbally recognize and thank all conference partners.
    (Partner will be required to provide company or institutional logo)

  •  Partners will receive (2) complimentary registrations to participate in the live sessions and special events of the virtual conference, as well as access to all on-demand presentations.
    (Partner will be required to complete a registration form with participant information.)

  • Partners will have the opportunity to participate in a live partner meet and greet to interact and speak with attendees and STFM leaders during the virtual conference. (Wednesday, May 5; 6–6:45 pm CDT)
    Partners are invited to participate in the conference “Virtual Happy Hour” to meet and mingle with attendees! (Monday, May 3; 5–6 pm CDT).
  • Partners will receive a conference attendee list one week following the virtual conference. (Note: attendee list may not be used to contact attendees via email; STFM reserves the right to review and approve all partner materials before being mailed to conference attendees.)

  • Partners will be included on a “Virtual Partner Hall List” to be available to all conference attendees as part of their virtual conference package. This will provide partners with the opportunity to share more detailed information about your product/service. STFM will include your website link with your descripti

Note: Partnership fees are not deductible as a charitable contribution. However, payments may be deductible as a business expense. 

Application Process:
STFM is limiting this offer to the first 15 partners who apply and are accepted by the STFM External Support Review Committee. This ensures our partners will enjoy maximum visibility and interaction with conference attendees. Applicants will be notified within 5 business days regarding application status.
