STFM Seeks Instructor for Certificate Program for VA Faculty

November 25, 2019—STFM is creating an assessment-based online certificate program for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Academic Affiliations Rural Interprofessional Faculty Development Initiative. Applications are being accepted for an instructor to provide feedback to VA faculty on assignments.

The instructor must be (or have recently been) medical school or residency faculty with expertise in scholarly activity, curriculum development, didactic teaching, and giving feedback. The instructor will serve a 1-year term. The time commitment will vary, but is estimated at 2-4 hours per month. The instructor will receive a $1,000 honorarium.

Applicants should send a letter explaining their relevant experience to Brian Hischier at by December 31, 2019.
