Faculty for Tomorrow Resident Scholarship Now Accepting Applications Until October 30, 2023
September 5, 2023—Perfect for residents who are strongly interested in a career in academic family medicine, the Faculty for Tomorrow Resident Scholarship covers funding for registration expenses for the full-day Faculty for Tomorrow Preconference Workshop at the STFM Annual Spring Conference. Thanks to the STFM Foundation, multiple scholarships are available to cover registration expenses for the Annual Spring Conference and the Faculty for Tomorrow Workshop. Additional scholarships are made available due to generous support from donors to the Underrepresented in Medicine Campaign.
To apply for a scholarship, you will need to:
- Be a current member of STFM
- Fill out the online application form
- Complete the two-part essay (max 500 words per section) within the online application form answering the questions, "Why are you interested in teaching family medicine?" and "How do you think you can make a difference in the future of family medicine?"
