To order a copy of an STFM mailing list for a one-time use, complete the form below and return it to the STFM office with a sample of the mailing piece. The use of a STFM list is contingent upon the approval of the mailing piece. E-mail addresses are not available. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
