The Newly Revamped Residency Faculty Fundamentals Certificate Program is Now Live
March 23, 2023—STFM is pleased to announce the launch of the revamped Residency Faculty Fundamentals Certificate Program. With input from the STFM GME Committee and staff, the entire certificate program was updated from the ground up in 2023 with:
- More than 20+ new videos by experienced faculty
- Updated content in nearly all courses with significant content added to Residency Recruiting and Interviewing, Giving Feedback, Classroom Teaching Skills, Structure and Funding of Residency Programs, and Scholarly Activity
- A DEIA lens applied throughout the content to ensure greater inclusivity
- Greatly enhanced module functionality and accessibility
All current learners in the program received access to this updated and enhanced version at no additional cost. We're glad to continue offering this popular program to the STFM membership while enhancing the content to stay current on residency education.
