The AAFP has reviewed 2024 STFM Conference on Practice and Quality Improvement and deemed it acceptable for up to 24.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 09/14/2024 to 09/17/2024. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AMA/AAFP Equivalency - Providers may choose to include the following in addition to the AAFP credit statement:AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.

CE Credits

All participants wanting to receive behavioral science credits (APA, NASW, LMFT) must complete this form. Only sessions part of the behavioral science track (BST) are eligible for behavioral science credit. This form must be completed by Monday, September 30, 2024.

Psychology CE Credit Statement (APA):
The Medical College of Wisconsin is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.  The Medical College of Wisconsin maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

Social Work CE Credit Statement (NASW):
This program is Approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval # 886840778-2082) for 13 continuing education contact hours.

LMFT CE Credit Statement:
The Colorado Board does not pre-approve CE activities. Participants wanting to obtain credit must complete the Independent and Group Learning Form and present your certificate as proof of completion.

Information on obtaining your CE/attendance certificate will be available in early October 2024.
