The AAFP has reviewed 2025 STFM Conference on Medical Student Education and deemed it acceptable for up to 18.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 01/30/2025 to 02/02/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Please note the following topics were denied credit. Please ensure learners are aware these topics do not carry AAFP CME credit:
- Coordinator Burnout—Session denied due to eligibility not being evident within the learning objectives as required by the non-clinical requirements.
- An Innovative Educational Program to Address Lifestyle Medicine Competency B: "The Role of the Practitioner’s Personal Health”—Session denied due to eligibility not being evident within the learning objectives as required by the non-clinical requirements; denied due to content being personal in nature for the physician's personal benefit.
AMA/AAFP Equivalency—AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
For all AAFP credit equivalencies and recognition, please see the AAFP Credit System website.
