April 26, 2024—STFM is seeking applicants interested in serving as Chair to the Emerging Leaders Fellowship.
Nurture the upcoming generation of academic leaders and empower faculty members as they transition into leadership roles as the Chair of the Emerging Leaders Fellowship.
The Emerging Leaders Fellowship equips new faculty members and those stepping into leadership positions with comprehensive training, essential tools, and ongoing support. The incoming chair will shadow the current chair throughout 2024, before assuming a 2-year term beginning at the 2025 STFM Annual Conference in Salt Lake City, UT. Chairs have the option to renew for an additional 2-year term thereafter.
