Serve as the STFM Representative to the Center for the History of Family Medicine Board of Curators

Applications Are Due March 29, 2024

January 1, 2024—The Center for the History of Family Medicine (CHFM) is the primary repository of information and resources on the history and evolution of general practice, family medicine, the discipline of family medicine, and family medicine organizations. Since its inception in 1992, STFM has had a presence on the Center's Board of Curators.

STFM is inviting applications to become its next representative to the CHFM. In this role, the liaison will be responsible for representing STFM at the bi-annual CHFM meeting, continuing the ongoing STFM oral history project, and coordinating activities pertinent to the documentation and promotion of STFM's history. Travel to the one in-person Curator's meeting is paid for by STFM. This individual would serve a 4-year term, nonrenewable term, beginning November 2024.
